Account and service data

The portal uses your name, verified email, optional company, licenses, requests, and support tickets to provide account access, support, and license delivery.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, the portal uses only basic verified identity information. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or offline Google data.

Newsletter enrollment is optional and requires confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Retention

Account data and security or administrative activity history remain stored for operation and traceability until the operator applies retention or handles a request.
